چکیده
Atmospheric and room-temperature plasma (ARTP) is an efficient microbial mutagenesis method with broad application prospects. Compared to traditional methods, ARTP technology can more effectively induce DNA damage generate stable mutant strains. It characterized by its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, avoidance of hazardous chemicals, presenting a vast potential for application. The widely used in bacterial, fungal, microalgal increasing productivity improving characteristics. In conclusion, holds significant promise the field breeding. Through technology, we create strains specific genetic traits improved performance, thereby yield, quality, meeting market demands. breeding will witness further innovation progress continuous refinement optimization technology.

Enhancing transglutaminase production of Streptomyces mobaraensis by iterative mutagenesis breeding with atmospheric and room-temperature plasma (ARTP)
OBJECTIVES To improve the fermentation production of transglutaminase (TGase) from Streptomyces mobaraensis for applications in the food industry, the atmospheric and room-temperature plasma (ARTP) mutagenesis was applied to breed S. mobaraensis mutants with increased TGase production. RESULTS After eight rounds of iterative ARTP mutagenesis, four genetically stable mutants, Sm5-V1, Sm6-V13, ...
متن کاملLow temperature atmospheric plasma for microbial decontamination
Low temperature Plasma (LTP) is a high-energy gas that is created when an electrical current is passed through a gas. Until recently, plasmas could only be created at relatively high temperatures in a vacuum and the use of plasma on sensitive materials such as human tissue, food products, medical devices and the packaging industry, was therefore impractical. However, over the last few years tec...
متن کاملMutation Breeding of Extracellular Polysaccharide-Producing Microalga Crypthecodinium cohnii by a Novel Mutagenesis with Atmospheric and Room Temperature Plasma
Extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) produced by marine microalgae have the potential to be used as antioxidants, antiviral agents, immunomodulators, and anti-inflammatory agents. Although the marine microalga Crypthecodinium cohnii releases EPS during the process of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) production, the yield of EPS remains relatively low. To improve the EPS production, a novel mutagenesis...
متن کاملconstruction and validation of translation metacognitive strategy questionnaire and its application to translation quality
like any other learning activity, translation is a problem solving activity which involves executing parallel cognitive processes. the ability to think about these higher processes, plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the most influential executive cognitive processes is what flavell (1975) called “metacognition” which encompasses raising awareness of mental processes as well as using effectiv...
Gold nanoparticle-polymer nanocomposites synthesized by room temperature atmospheric pressure plasma and their potential for fuel cell electrocatalytic application
Conductive polymers have been increasingly used as fuel cell catalyst support due to their electrical conductivity, large surface areas and stability. The incorporation of metal nanoparticles into a polymer matrix can effectively increase the specific surface area of these materials and hence improve the catalytic efficiency. In this work, a nanoparticle loaded conductive polymer nanocomposite ...
